At David Borrie Paralegal Services, we believe that the cost of legal representation should not stand in the way of meaningful access to justice.

Access to affordable and effective legal services has long been recognized as an important issue within Canada's justice system. Former Chief Justice of Canada Beverley McLachlin spoke publicly about the challenges that rising legal costs can create for Canadians seeking access to the courts and the justice system.

Our practice is designed to provide clients with practical, accessible and cost-conscious legal services. We offer virtual consultations and services where appropriate, mobile and in-person appointments by prior arrangement, flexible appointment times, and personalized payment arrangements where available.

We represent and assist clients in matters before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Landlord and Tenant Board, and Ontario Court of Justice, as well as with Provincial Offences, municipal by-law matters, and notary and commissioning services.
