At David Borrie Paralegal Services, our service philosophy is rooted in the belief that access to justice should not be hindered by unaffordable legal fees.
We echo the concerns raised by our former Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, Beverly McLachlin in 2013: that Canada faces a serious challenge in providing an accessible and citizen-focused justice system due to rising legal costs.

Based out of our office in Bolton, Caledon, we provide paralegal and notary services to communities across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA); including Nobleton, Orangeville, Newmarket, Brampton, Alliston, Vaughan, and Markham.
Meet OUR TEAM
David B. Borrie, Paralegal & Sole Principal
David has been the owner and principal paralegal at David Borrie Paralegal Services since he began the practice in 2018.
David has represented individuals, businesses, and contractors in a wide range of matters, including litigation before the Landlord and Tenant Board; the Ontario Small Claims Court, and the Provincial Offences Court.
David strives to be accessible and responsive to your communications, and will work with you to develop a legal strategy that meets your budget and goals.
David is a class P1 paralegal licensee in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
Nicole Benson, Paralegal & Notary Public
Nicole is the resident account manager and associate paralegal at David Borrie Paralegal Services. She joined the practice in 2022.
Nicole received her paralegal diploma from Georgian College in 2020. She also holds a Masters of Arts (Philosophy) degree from Wilfred Laurier University.
Nicole is a seasoned office manager who is dedicated to a high degree of professionalism in her work. As a paralegal associate, Nicole can assist in all areas of a client's matter, including document preparation and representation before a court or tribunal.
Nicole is a class P1 paralegal licensee in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
